  • Support and contact form submissions, including your name, email, phone, and message content.
  • Technical data such as device type, app version, IP address, and usage logs to improve security and performance.

  • To provide and operate the Osstel hostel and hotel management system.
  • To manage tenants, rooms, rent collection, complaints, and notifications.
  • To verify payments and generate reports for property owners.
  • To respond to support requests, demo inquiries, and account-related questions.

3. Payment Information

Osstel helps track rent and payment verification. We do not process card payments directly on behalf of tenants. Payment screenshots and transaction references you upload are stored securely for verification by property owners.

If you use third-party payment services such as JazzCash or Easypaisa, those services are governed by their own privacy policies.

4. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We may share data only in the following circumstances:

  • With service providers who help us host, secure, or operate our platform, under strict confidentiality obligations.
  • When required by law, regulation, court order, or government request.
  • To protect the rights, safety, and security of Osstel, our users, or others.
